SweetSnacking.com orders cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.

For the safety of our customers we are not accepting returns. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@sweetsnacking.com and someone will get back to you M-F 8am-5pm EST for a replacement. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Shipping occurs Monday – Friday (closed during major holidays). Standard shipping is 3-5 business days from shipment date.  Tracking information will be provided once package is shipped.

Any issues with delivery please reach out to info@sweetsnacking.com. A customer service representative will respond within next business day.

Each Sweet Snacking bundle offers a variety of items. We follow all of the Good Manufacturing Practices established by the FDA for cleaning after an allergen is run on the line. To determine if any allergens are used in a specific product, please refer to the packaging which lists all ingredients present in the product. This information can also be viewed on SmartLabel when the QR code on the package is scanned. Feel free to contact Consumer Relations at 1-855-960-4790 or info@sweetsnacking.com to find out what allergens are used in the facility or if you have any additional questions.

Since each Sweet Snacking bundle offers a variety of items, we suggest you reference the bundle detail page for the products you are interested in. Kosher certifications will be noted on the Nutritional Facts and Ingredient images for individual products.

All products included in Sweet Snacking bundles will ship with freshness guaranteed. Our bakery products retain their best quality if stored at room temperature. For best results, please use by date on the package. We are committed to providing you with quality products and welcome your questions and comments.

We ship to all U.S. states except, Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Yes, we offer UPS 3 Day Select for additional fees of $24.95 per bundle.

With UPS 3 Day Select, your package should arrive in 1-3 business days once your order has officially shipped.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in superior condition. However, the condition of product is not guaranteed if you are not available to receive shipment the day it arrives.

Please note the Best By date on the outside of the product package for best quality.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed with tracking details.

Please note: There are elements outside of our control, like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS. Therefore, the shipping information provided is not a guarantee of a shipping or arrival date. Shipping schedules will be altered when there is an observed holiday during the week.
